            The mercoEco visual holding cabinet is a hot-holding solution designed to handle both crispy and juicy items with ease. Featuring radiant heat above and below each tray, these models ensure even, moisture-balanced warming without sacrificing texture. Compatible with industry full size, 4” deep, high-heat trays and available in multiple configurations with single- or double-sided access, the MercoEco is ideal for high-performance, space conscious kitchens.

            Full Size, Deep Tray Compatibility
            Designed to hold full size, 2.5" or 4" deep high-heat trays (sold separately).
