            The mercoEco visual holding cabinet is a hot-holding solution designed to handle both crispy and juicy items with ease. Featuring radiant heat above and below each tray, these models ensure even, moisture-balanced warming without sacrificing texture. Compatible with industry standard 1/3 size, 2.5” or 4" deep, high-heat trays and available in multiple configurations with single or double-sided access, the mercoEco is ideal for high-performance, space conscious kitchens.
